Waterstone is nearly gone from Natuilus Cove

On July 15, 2009 Compass Bank of Birmingham, Alabama, received a 'Summary Judgment in Foreclosure' in the amount of $167,088. This unit is to be sold at Public Sale at 11 a.m. Aug 18th at the Bay County Courthouse.

The remaining 3 units, in the 7 building, will follow over the next sixty days. For unknown reasons Compass Bank filed on the units seperately and the proceedings are before 3 different Bay County judges, so they will come up at different dates for auction. We will be well rid of Waterstone Resort Realty (Now known as NCPCB Investments due to a name change).
